Proof of Eligibility Required
Concession and junior ticket holders must present valid proof of eligibility upon entry (e.g. student ID, bus pass, or other recognised concession document). Tickets purchased at the concession rate without valid proof will be charged the full adult price difference on the gate.

Drugs & Alcohol
Anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused entry to the event by gate staff. This decision is final and at the full discretion of the event gate staff. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
Drugs Inside the Event
Anyone found inside the event to be in possession of or under the influence of drugs will be removed from the event immediately and reported to the relevant authorities. No refunds will be offered under any circumstances in these cases.
We ask all attendees to respect these conditions so that everyone — especially our families and younger guests — can enjoy a safe and memorable day.

GEEC Squad CIC — the Glyncoed Entertainment Events Committee — is a registered non-profit Community Interest Company based in Blaenau Gwent, Wales. Founded in February 2024, our mission is simple: to bring the community together through affordable, family-friendly events that everyone can enjoy.
From afternoon teas for our senior residents, to family discos, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas celebrations, and our flagship annual festival GFEST — we work throughout the year to create moments that matter for the people of Blaenau Gwent.
We are a fully volunteer-led organisation. Every penny raised goes directly back into the community.

For many of the families and individuals who attend our events, the cost of entertainment can be a barrier. GFEST26 will be our biggest event yet — a full-day family festival at Ebbw Vale RFC on Saturday 25th July 2026, running from midday through to 10pm, with live music, family entertainment, food vendors, and a spectacular headline tribute act. The reach and impact of this event across the local community will be significant, and every sponsorship contribution — large or small — plays a direct part in making it happen.
